Michael Venaccio
Vice President and Chief Technology Officer
Michael is a 15-year IT veteran with significant experience in heterogeneous infrastructures, mainframes, servers, and storage systems. Michael is a master at fitting the IT puzzle pieces together (those closest to him say no one is better at visualizing the final architecture before anything has been built). With Michael on their team, companies avoid costly IT architectural missteps and save countless hours of troubleshooting.
Michael holds a black belt in Tae Kwon Do and is the unofficial foosball champion at SRC Technologies.
Patricia M. Albers
Director of Business Operations
Patricia is passionate about the rewards that good processes bring: predictability, measurability, and improved IT engineer job satisfaction. A 20 year industry veteran and ITIL® Certified Practitioner, she knows how to sell the benefits of ITIL to executives, business leaders, and IT personnel.
Patricia is adept at consolidating geographically-diverse infrastructure management processes and implementing improvement initiatives. Her experience also includes leading high-profile software and hardware projects.
When not in the office or enjoying time with
family, Patty often assists Special Olympics
and was recently recognized for 15 years of
service as a Class A Volunteer.
Gary Mattson
Director of Sales and Marketing
Gary leads our business development, branding and marketing efforts. Gary came to us from Hewlett Packard, where he spent 27 years building territories in the Central and Great Lakes regions. While at HP, he was recognized in the Achievers Club for several years. He also was inducted in to the prestigious President Club as one of the top 100 sales representatives.
Gary brings a strategic focus to client engagement, with diverse expertise across size and industry. His combination of technical and business acumen aligns perfectly with our efforts to help clients address key infrastructure,
technical and IT service issues.
Gary enjoys family, sport and speed. He hunts
across North America for caribou, pronghorn,
elk, ruffed grouse and pheasant. He rides a
Harley and snowmobiles. When he needs to
unwind, you will find him spending time in
Michigan’s Upper Peninsula.
